At DIGiNXS LABS, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy below for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. All Sales Policy (Important)

Because many of our items are made-to-order and fulfilled by third-party partners, all sales are considered final.

However — we do take care of our customers when something goes wrong.

2. Eligible Refunds & Replacements

We only offer refunds or replacements under the following conditions:

Damaged Items

  • Item arrives damaged or defective

Incorrect Item Received

  • Wrong size, color, or product sent

Missing Items

  • Items missing from your order

3. Reporting an Issue

To qualify for a replacement or refund:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide:
    • Order number
    • Description of the issue
    • Photo proof of the item

4. Non-Returnable Items

We do NOT accept returns or refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse (“I changed my mind”)
  • Incorrect size ordered by customer
  • Minor color or design variations (due to screen differences)
  • Orders entered with incorrect shipping information

5. Refund Process

If your request is approved:

  • A replacement item will be sent at no cost, OR
  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method

Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase
  • After that, production may have already started and cannot be stopped

7. Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

However — we will work with you to help resolve issues when possible.

8. Exchanges

We currently do not offer traditional exchanges.

If there is a problem with your order, we will:
Replace the item or issue a refund (if eligible)
